The AR-25 Axxion Rod kit blends the old style damper rod with the cutting edge technology of today’s cartridge valves. Traxxion Dynamics has integrated their 25mm Axxion Valve used in every level of racing into this new damper rod. The damper rod is designed to seal better and flow oil better than any modified OEM damper rod. The damper rods are machined to strict tolerances in Traxxion's facility in the Georgia.
The end result is as close as you can get to installing a cartridge in your fork but still easy on the wallet. Superior bump adsorption, greater traction and front end control. This kit will provide better front end feel and bump absorption than even inexpensive cartridge kits with inferior pistons and valving.
The kit is a direct bolt-in, requires no drilling, brazing, deburring or other machining. It can be installed quickly and easily by anyone who likes to service their own forks. Just remove the fork cap, dump out the spring and oil, remove the bottom bolt and let the stock rod fall out. Put the all new AR-25 Axxion Rod in, fill with oil, and install the springs and precut spacers and you are ready for the twisties or your next track day for less than half the cost of a cartridge kit!
A pair of high quality Traxxion Dynamics Fork Springs matched to your weight, precut fork spring spacers made from aircraft grade lightweight aluminum tubing, as well as 15 weight fork oil are included as well, everything you need!
This kit is highly recommended for street riders AND racers. There are racers across the country winning races and even setting lap records with the old version of this kit, and this new kit provides even better front end feel and control. The kit is amazingly simple, and works AWESOME! The important thing to remember about suspension is that performance is 10% equipment, and 90% setup and installation. If you have expensive cartridges installed but not correctly setup, you can have worse performance than the stock setup. If you don't want to be worrying about adjusting cartridges or whether you have them setup correctly, this kit is a must have. Your kit will show up ready for YOU and just work, no fiddling with knobs or adjusters, just ride!
You have to remove the fork seals during the installation of this kit, so we recommend replacing the fork seals at the same time you install this kit unless your bike is nearly brand new. Replacement seals are only $25 extra.
We recommend replacing your fork seals when installing your new fork kit. It's also a good idea to keep an extra set of seals in your spares box for track days and racing.

When installing a full system exhaust with a fuel controller, we recommend removing the stock O2 sensor and plugging the hole in the exhaust with this plug.
