Description
Reducing unsprung, rotating mass at the wheel is a very effective way to improve the handling and performance of a race bike.
The 100% ceramic balls in these hybrid bearings are over 60% lighter than their steel counterparts resulting in faster acceleration and reduced inertial loads. The coefficient of friction for the ceramic balls is an average of 3x’s lower than steel. When you combine this with the higher tolerances for roundness than steel balls, you get a bearing that dramatically lowers friction and vibration. This means less of the horsepower produced by your motor is used up spinning the wheels, and more of it gets transferred to the ground.
Because installation of these ceramic wheel bearings requires the removal of the existing wheel bearings, we recommend replacing the heavy OEM wheel spacers with our lightweight captive wheel spacers at the same time in order to maximize the performance of your dollar and race bike.
This is a complete set of bearings for front and rear wheels including sprocket carrier.

I’d love a set of these, maybe if I save my pennies….
