The Kawasaki Ninja 400’s stock clutch has been notoriously problematic. A large part of those problems stem from the OEM slipper clutch’s lack of friction material and design which relies on very low spring pressure to function. Correct both of these issues once and for all by installing a proper Yoyodyne 5 spring slipper clutch. The Yoyodyne clutch not only uses 5 springs instead of the OEM’s 3, and the friction plates are wider and heavier duty with more friction material.
